ABOUT US

606 was setup in 2010 in Hong Kong, starting as a denim wash consultancy company that evolved into a semi-vertical manufacturer.

Our structure is divided between Hong Kong; where we have a team of 20 persons that manage client relations, design, sourcing, development, in-house sample room for wet and dry processes, merchandising, accounts and shipping; with production hubs in China, as well as Bangladesh for clients who require a more competitive price point for their larger quantities.

PRODUCTION

We employ a bespoke attitude to mass production principles to help ensure the final products we produce exceed our customer’s expectations.

Working from a central head office in Hong Kong that manages client relations, design, sourcing, merchandising, logistics and custom sample room facility. We also have integrated production hubs in South China and Bangladesh. With well-facilitated production lines and ample garment manufacturing experience, we design and produce a variety of denim products. Our manufacturing hubs also provide a complete range of high value embellishments including wet and dry denim finishing, laser technology, printing and embroidery.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are committed to continuously looking for alternative treatments and re-inventing our processes to reduce environmental impacts. As part of our ongoing consideration to sustainability and creating more Eco-conscious clothing, 606 Ltd. is actively working with the following initiatives:

Yarn-leading global mills that supply BCI cotton, recycled yarn initiatives (Repreve, recycled polyester, recycled cotton...) and organic cotton
Green Chemistry-working with Bio Products and Dye stuffs that help to reduce process time, energy and usage instead of hazardous chemicals
Laser technology to help reduce the wash time and number of chemical compounds that are traditionally need to create vintage wash templates
Zero washing-garments that utilize print technology
Water saving developments including
